Rev. Christopher L. Gantt is a native of Batesburg-Leesville, SC.  He is an Ordained Minister and Preacher of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  He is the Spiritual son of Rev. Dr. Amos O. Harling Jr., the Pastor of the St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church in Leesville, SC.  He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina at Aiken with a concentration in Business Finance. Rev. Gantt is currently enrolled at the Seminary at Liberty University.  He currently works as a Manager in the field of Finance.

He is married to the former Ms. Lakeisha R. Jones and to their union are 3 children: Christopher Jordan, Matthew Madison and Aaleyah Joi.

Rev. Gantt was called into the ministry in March 2002.  He preached his initial sermon April 2003 and was licensed into the ministry May 2nd 2004.

Rev. Gantt has served as a coordinator and teacher for New converts, Youth Pastor, Youth Counselor for the Friendship Baptist Association and formerly served as Moderator for the Mt. Alpha Educational Union.  He currently serves as the Senior Pastor for the Pleasant Rock Baptist Church of Ninety Six SC as of March 2014.

His favorite passage of scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not to thine own understanding.  In all thy ways acknowledge him and he shall direct you path.
